Delia Roper
Delia Roper is a social studies teacher at Carlisle High School. She earned a Masters Degree in Education from Wilkes University as well as a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Seton Hall University. During her twenty-five years as an educator, her focus has been on empowering students to be active in their community. She enjoys reading and spending time with her family in her free time.
